- Combination of education and work-related experience, a plus
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in production and operations management, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
- Must adapt to general knowledge of company products and procedures
- Must have general working knowledge of accounting methods and cost control procedures
