Master Brand Cabinets is hiring Production Associates to work in our fast-paced cabinet manufacturing facility in Grants Pass, Oregon
. No prior cabinet-making experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to learn multiple production and assembly processes.

• Cabinet assembly and manufacturing
• Operating production equipment and hand tools
• Packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Material handling and movement of cabinet components
• Quality inspections and production support
• Meeting daily production goals while maintaining safety standards

• Perform production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Help manufacture high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.
• Maintain efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the production process.

• Receive training on manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your skill set.
• Gain experience in cabinet manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations.

• Collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals.
• Contribute to a positive and safety-focused workplace culture.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to use handheld tools and production equipment
