Manufacturing Production AssociateJob Description
Master Brand Cabinets is hiring Production Associates to work in our fast-paced cabinet manufacturing facility in Grants Pass, Oregon
. No prior cabinet-making experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to learn multiple production and assembly processes.
- Cabinet assembly and manufacturing
- Operating production equipment and hand tools
- Packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Material handling and movement of cabinet components
- Quality inspections and production support
- Meeting daily production goals while maintaining safety standards
- Perform production and assembly tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Help manufacture high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.
- Maintain efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the production process.
- Receive training on manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your skill set.
- Gain experience in cabinet manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with coworkers to meet production goals.
- Contribute to a positive and safety-focused workplace culture.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

QualificationsTo be successful in this Manufacturing Production Associate role, candidates should have:
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations
- Ability to use handheld tools and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred Experience- Manufacturing experience
- Warehouse experience
- Assembly line experience
- Production worker experience
- Industrial or factory work experience
Production Associate positions require the ability to:
- Lift, push, pull, bend, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work up to 10–12-hour shifts when required
- Perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks
