Rogue Valley Door is looking to add an experienced Moulder Operator to our team. This position requires a commitment to safety and accuracy; with stellar attention to detail in all procedures and operations. Knowledge of wood grades is a plus. The preferred candidate must understand the importance of producing a quality product in a timely manner. This position has physical activity including but not limited to repetitive use of hands and arms, lifting, carrying, standing, walking, bending, twisting, turning, pushing and pulling.
This is a day shift position. Monday through Thursday 5am to 3:30pm with overtime if needed on Friday and/or Saturday. Pay is DOE.
The job duties include and are not limited to the following:
1. Machine set ups, adjustments and maintenance
2. Grading, feeding, stacking, stocking wood and wood parts
3. Operate other machines, saws and sanders
4. Learn how and administer production reports
5. Will use a computer and maintain production reports
6. Must be able to use a tape measure accurately and learn calipers
