Brand Assistant at All Care Health with the Brand & Creative Services Department in Grants Pass, Oregon

Summary of the Position

This position is responsible for assisting members of the Brand & Creative Services team to provide support for brand management operations across several lines of business by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties
  • Assists the Director of Brand & Creative Services where needed on brand and creative services projects.
  • Coordinates daily projects among internal team members and vendors.
  • Complete assigned production work on pre-branded materials.
  • Interacts with other employees and departments in creating requested materials.
  • Job Duties
    • Assists the Director of Brand & Creative Services in brand-related activities.
    • Coordinates daily projects among internal team members and vendors.
    • Meets daily with the Director of Brand & Creative Services on assigned projects, coordinates job responsibilities and provides updates on work in progress.
    • Troubleshoots problems that may arise in assigned projects.
    • Maintains all job folders and electronic files in accordance to the procedures established.
    • Keeps supervisor aware of events affecting the brand’s success, profitability, and interaction with the public and vendors.
    • Maintains a complete understanding of All Care Health’s products and services.
    • Assists with the development and writing of creative instructions.
    • Works directly with the Director of Brand & Creative Services to develop production schedules.
    • Assists with implementation of strategic marketing, business and communications plan.
    • Assists with coordination of production on a wide range of materials such as signage, promotional items, and collateral.
    • Provides support for events and exhibitions where brand presence is required.
    • Gathers information, within and outside of the company, to support collateral creation.
    • Maintains collateral inventory.
    • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
    • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
    • Respectfully takes direction from leadership.
    • Meets all required training including those listed in Relias Learning Module System (LMS).
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    On Call Responsibilities

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

    Job Requirements
    • May require the use of personal vehicle for local travel (subject to mileage reimbursement).
    • May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Experience

    Six months to one year of related experience and/or training in marketing, communications, graphic design, or brand support, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.

    Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

    Valid Oregon Driver’s License and vehicle insurance.

    Technical Skills
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and file organization systems.
    • Basic understanding of branding, marketing materials, and print/digital production processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues in creative production workflows.
