Brand Assistant – Brand & Creative Services

Summary of PositionThis position is responsible for assisting members of the Brand & Creative Services team to provide support for brand management operations across several lines of business by performing the following duties.
Job Duties- Assists the Director of Brand & Creative Services in brand-related activities.
- Coordinates daily projects among internal team members and vendors.
- Meets daily with the Director of Brand & Creative Services on assigned projects, coordinates job responsibilities and provides updates on work in progress.
- Troubleshoots problems that may arise in assigned projects.
- Maintains all job folders and electronic files in accordance with the procedures established.
- Keeps supervisors aware of events affecting the brand’s success, profitability, and interaction with the public and vendors.
- Maintains a complete understanding of All Care Health’s products and services.
- Assists with the development and writing of creative instructions.
- Works directly with the Director of Brand & Creative Services to develop production schedules.
- Assists with implementation of strategic marketing, business and communications plan.
- Assists with coordination of production on a wide range of materials such as signage, promotional items, and collateral.
- Provides support for events and exhibitions where brand presence is required.
- Gathers information, within and outside of the company, to support collateral creation.
- Maintains collateral inventory.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully takes direction from leadership.
- Meets all required training including those listed in Relias Learning Module System (LMS).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This position does not have any on call responsibilities.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Job Requirements- May require the use of personal vehicle for local travel (subject to mileage reimbursement).

EducationBachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
ExperienceSix months to one year of related experience and/or training in marketing, communications, graphic design, or brand support, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or RegistrationsValid Oregon Driver’s License and vehicle insurance.
Technical Skills- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and file organization systems.
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing materials, and print/digital production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in creative production workflows.
- Customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, and internal customers.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
