Compensation:
Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+

- Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments
- Perform comprehensive assessments, order/interpret labs and imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- Create personalized treatment plans including lifestyle medicine, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
- Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine
- Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
- Document patient encounters in Next Gen EHR
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing training
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, team-oriented culture
- Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Next Gen preferred)
