At Riverside Home Health & Hospice, we've served patients and families in Southern Oregon for over twenty years. In recent years, we expanded into hospice care—providing comfort, dignity, and support during life’s most sacred moments. We're seeking a full‑time hospice registered nurse who understands that this work is more than clinical skill—it’s presence, leadership, and compassion in action.

- Coordinating services and ensuring necessary equipment/resources
- Supervising hospice aides and collaborating with ancillary personnel
- Participating in on‑call rotation as defined by policy
- Contributing to quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum two years nursing experience (hospice, home care, or public health preferred)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize independently
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
