At Riverside Home Health & Hospice, we have been serving patients and families in Southern Oregon for over 20 years. In the last several years, we have expanded our commitment to include Hospice care — providing comfort, dignity, and support during life’s most sacred moments.
We are seeking a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse who understands that this work is more than clinical skill — it is presence, leadership, and compassion in action.⸻Who This Role Is Designed For This role is ideal for a nurse who:

Completing comprehensive initial and ongoing hospice assessments
Developing, implementing, and revising individualized plans of care Managing symptoms and providing palliative nursing interventions
Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
Counseling and educating patients and families
Coordinating services and ensuring necessary equipment/resources
Supervising hospice aides and collaborating with ancillary personnel
Participating in on-call rotation as defined by policy
Contributing to quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives

Active RN license in Oregon Current CPR certification
Minimum two years nursing experience (hospice, home care, or public health preferred)
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize independently
Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
