In this role at Willamette Pass Resort you will take guest orders at the restaurant, answer questions about the menu and ensure a pleasant dining experience all while enabling the ability to Give People the Freedom to Ski.

• Take guests' orders in a professional and friendly manner.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to process customer orders, payments, and refunds.
• Remain current on menu offerings and assist guests in making informed choices for their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashiers and surrounding areas, complying with all health and safety regulations.
• Support inventory management by accurately recording all sales transactions and reporting any discrepancies.
• Assist with restocking service lines, maintaining the freshness of products, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Non-slip shoes are required for this role.
