As a Stock Associate, your primary goal is to ensure that our Customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. From making eye contact and greeting customers to maintaining a clean and organized work area, you will be an essential part of our team.

• Prioritize safety by practicing safe behaviors in all tasks.
• Maintain a clutter‑free and secure shopping environment by being aware of your surroundings.
• Show respect and courtesy to all Customers and Associates, fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Assist customers with inquiries and merchandise knowledge, while ensuring a prompt and efficient service.
• Keep store areas clean and well‑stocked by handling daily tasks such as restocking and cleaning.
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor, ensuring timely availability.
• Follow all merchandise protection and loss prevention standards.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions; safeguard sensitive information.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to the Company dress code at all times.

Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with Customers and Associates with respect and friendliness.

• Capability to operate store equipment, including registers and PCs.
• Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the day.
• Ability to use janitorial equipment and manage rolling racks, ladders, etc.
• Specific assignments may require additional qualifications and skills.
• Note:
  
  Stockroom associates must regularly lift over 20 pounds.
