Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic Platinum Sales team. In this role, your primary focus will be hunting for new business, developing high-value sales leads, driving business development initiatives, and conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing accounts. You will turn potential leads into long-term partners by understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored product solutions.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively research, identify, and qualify new sales leads and commercial business opportunities within the jewelry and crafting markets. - Outbound Sales & Outreach:
Conduct targeted outbound calls, lifecycle email campaigns, and follow-ups to prospective and existing accounts to introduce products, promotions, and partner programs. - Account Growth & Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching, cross-selling, and up-selling from our catalog of 100,000+ products. - Pipeline & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; establish sustainable, trust-based relationships with key accounts through regular proactive check-ins. - Solutions-Based Selling:
Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer business models, purchasing habits, and supply requirements to offer tailored product recommendations. - CRM Management:
Rigorously log all sales activities, call outcomes, lead statuses, and account insights into Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline metrics. - Market & Product Expertise:
Utilize company resources and website tools to stay informed on product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections. - Industry Interest:
Genuine interest in jewelry making/crafting and the creative arts community.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- 1-3 years of sales, customer service, business development, or lead generation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable making outbound prospecting calls, emails, and social outreach
