Maintain visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure a safe environment;
Monitor for theft indicators and address suspicious behavior in collaboration with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention;
Greet customers and provide courteous service while upholding security standards and company dress code;
Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and security protocols when applicable;
Assist with compliance with Loss Prevention directives and store policies
