Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Grants Pass, OR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
* Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
* Service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and related equipment
* Identify and recommend necessary repairs and replacement options
* Complete accurate service reports and job documentation
* Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
* Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between service locations
* Provide professional and courteous customer service on occupied residential and commercial sites
* Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
Requirements
* HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required
* Pass a background check
* Pass a drug screen
* EPA Certification
* 4+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
* Experience servicing a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
