HVAC Installation Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installation Technicians for projects located in or around Grants Pass, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Installing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and mini-split systems
- Performing equipment replacements and new system installations
- Installing and modifying ductwork and ventilation systems
- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Ensuring all installations comply with applicable codes and company standards
- Testing and verifying proper system operation upon completion
- Maintaining accurate job documentation
- Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between job sites
- Provide professional customer service on occupied residential and commercial sites
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass DMV record check, background check, and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
