Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Grants Pass, OR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and related equipment
- Identify and recommend necessary repairs and replacement options
- Complete accurate service reports and job documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Safely operate a company vehicle while traveling between service locations
- Provide professional and courteous customer service on occupied residential and commercial sites
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
Requirements:
- HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screen
- EPA Certification
- 4+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Experience servicing a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
