Case Manager – Social Services & Pathway of Hope

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory - Cascade Division is seeking a part-time Dual-Role Case Manager in Grants Pass, Oregon. This role involves providing general social services case management and intensive case management for the Pathway of Hope program. Responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, connecting clients with resources, and maintaining accurate documentation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, 1-3 years of experience with vulnerable populations, and strong communication skills.
