Procurement Operations Specialist, Beyond Yoga

• Assist with purchasing activities including purchase requisition review, PO creation, and order tracking
• Manage Indirect POs in Tradeshift, monitoring open orders, delivery schedules, and discrepancies
• Support vendor onboarding processes and maintain related documentation
• Collaborate with teams to complete service entries and ensure accurate month-end accruals
• Troubleshoot invoice issues alongside the Indirect AP team

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, accounts payable, or similar roles
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Familiarity with Tradeshift, S4, or similar procurement systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, global environment

• Experience in high-volume procurement or purchasing operations
• Familiarity with vendor management and onboarding processes
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and process improvement
