• Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid and current New Mexico school psychologist license
• Previous experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Sound knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and compliance with state and federal educational regulations
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students requiring special support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
• Assist with the development of programs and strategies to address learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help create a positive and inclusive school environment
• Support educators and families through training and resources about student mental health and well-being
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting in accordance with district and state policies
