. The ideal candidate willassistin developing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum and educational programs within the preschool. This role requires a collaborative leader who can support and coach teachers and ensure a high-quality learning environment for young children.
- $21.08 to $31.00 per hour

- Coach and support teachers to improve instructional practices.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate professional development and teacher collaboration.
- Support curriculum implementation and school readiness goals.
- Use observation data to guide individualized coaching.
- Model effective teaching strategies and best practices.
- Partner with center leadership to promote high-quality instruction.
- Build positive relationships with staff and serve as an instructional resource.
- Stay current on early childhood education best practices through ongoing professional development.
- REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field - REQUIRED Experience:Minimum of 1years of experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong understanding of child development and Early Childhood Education best practices
- Must
be able tolift upto 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler classrooms, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib - Must
meet background check eligibility - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and the community
- Proficiency in using technology for educational and administrative purposes
