Ultrasound Technologist

Full-Time Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures in Grants, New Mexico, ensuring accurate results and patient comfort. The role requires expertise across abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and breast imaging, with a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration with physicians. Technologists contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment.

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and breast imaging
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings for optimal image quality
• Analyze images and provide preliminary findings to physicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality care
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) required
• ARRT (Sonography) certification accepted if applicable
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Obstetric (OB) Ultrasound experience
• General Ultrasound experience
• Vascular Ultrasound experience
• Breast Ultrasound experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ultrasound experience preferred

You hold an RDMS certification and BLS credential. You have experience in abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and breast ultrasound. You can operate equipment, ensure safety, and document accurately
