• Provide technical and operational support for multiple components of SAP systems
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to trends in system performance and resource utilization
• Support installation, configuration, and technical issue resolution for SAP systems
• Manage the Disaster Recovery (DR) process for SAP systems, ensuring compliance and testing
• Create and maintain system documentation and problem logs, adhering to service level obligations

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, SLT, CPI, Sol Man, and GRC
• Deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture and deployment models
• Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA administration, including system installation and maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

• Experience with Cloud deployment
• Certification in SAP HANA administration
