Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting top talent to support our nonprofit mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease. Schedule

Part‑time, 20 hours per week. Shifts start at 4 am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $37 to $42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. Plus a $4,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assess changes, and communicate with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to problem‑solve
Education & Training
  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
  • 3‑month comprehensive training at DCI, including classroom group sessions and one‑on‑one skills training
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
