Position: New Nurse Graduate

Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is a nonprofit focused on individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. We provide compassionate, high‑quality patient care and offer paid training, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule

Full‑time, 32 hours per week on three shifts starting at 4 am. In‑center RNs have Sundays off; no overnight shifts. Rotating call may be required for hospital services programs after orientation.

Compensation

Hourly rate $27–$33 depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities
  • Complete DCI’s 3‑month comprehensive education program, including classroom sessions, job shadowing and one‑on‑one skills training
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assess and communicate changes with physicians and families
  • Prepare dialysis machine and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments following facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching, with appropriate documentation
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications under RN supervision
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Contribute to training new staff members as directed
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to collaborate with care teams
  • Ability to problem‑solve
Education/Training
  • Accredited nursing degree required
  • Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
