• Shift: 12‑hour rotating nights; coverage of holidays/weekends possible.

• Active New Mexico RN license or active Multi‑State Compact (eNLC) license.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Additional certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, OPS Emergency Workshop, STABLE; SAFER NM Technician preferred.

Registered Nurse I (RN I) will provide comprehensive patient assessment, develop and implement individualized care plans, deliver direct patient care across the lifespan, coordinate patient education, supervise licensed practical nurses and other team members, document in electronic health records, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams, participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, and float to other departments as needed.
