Position at Western New Mexico - North Correctional Facility, Grants, NM.

Schedule: Opportunities available for day and night shifts.

Position Summary: As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions.
• Providing wound care and changing dressings.
• Supporting documentation and care planning.
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients.
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Active unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
