Full Time ER Registered Nurse in Grants, NM. Provide rapid, high-quality care to patients with urgent, emergent, and life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced environment. Supportive leadership and long-term career stability in a full-time ER RN role.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders
Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a compact license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Skills:
TNCC certification
You hold an active NM RN license with BLS certification. You can perform rapid assessments, triage, and emergency treatments. You possess ACLS, PALS, and preferably TNCC certifications
