Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances and may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on providing excellent service to customers and creative merchandising. Duties include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
