Duties and Responsibilities

• Is capable of and maintains proper methods of product handling, case cutting, price marking, rotation and display of merchandise.
• Meets productivity standards. Achieves and maintains established cases per man-hour and price changes per man-hour goals.
• Maintains a well-stocked store through an effective control of inventory in line with established guidelines.
• Follows through and achieves all company policies, programs and directives that apply to stocking operations.
• Ensures that all price changes are completed on time, legibly and accurately to meet company policies. Reports any pricing issues to the scanning team or Freight Lead.
• Insures that store is faced and assists with any customer service issues as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by Freight Lead or Store Management.
• This is an early morning position, typical hours will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00am-3:00pm. Though there will be times where the hours will vary. Also, must be willing to work the occasional Saturday, Holidays, and on very rare occasions Sundays.
• Position is part-time, but there will be opportunities for full-time positions and increased pay based on performance.

Minimum age: 18 Years

Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries.

Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 60 pounds from location to location. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
