Concrete Finisher

Most of our work is in the Tooele county, with a small portion in the North Salt Lake/Layton area.

The Experienced Concrete & Flatwork Finisher is responsible for placing, finishing, and curing concrete for a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. This position requires a skilled professional who can produce high-quality concrete surfaces while maintaining productivity, safety, and workmanship standards. The finisher must be capable of working independently or as part of a crew and assisting with all phases of concrete flatwork construction.

Place, level, and finish concrete for:

• Slabs
• Shop floors
• Sidewalks
• Driveways
• Patios
• Curbs and gutters

Set and strip forms.

Read plans and establish grades and elevations.

Operate power trowels, screeds, vibrators, saws, and other finishing equipment.

Perform broom and smooth, finishes as required.

Assist with site preparation and concrete placement.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Minimum 1 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial flatwork.
• Ability to read plans and work from measurements and grades.
• Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

We crews are currently working 4 10-hour days Monday-Thursday. It is subject to change if needed. Additional hours and overtime may be required on project schedules or weather conditions.
