ResponsibilitiesAs part of our team, you will assist with excavation, site preparation, and underground utility installation for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands‑on role working outdoors on active job sites alongside experienced operators and crew members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with site preparation, shoveling, trenching, grading and back filling.
- Perform hands on installation of underground utilities.
- Fuel and grease equipment
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- May operate construction equipment depending on skill level and knowledge)
- Work safely around heavy equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor's direction
Experience is a plus and pay will reflect that. However, we don't expect you to know everything on day one and we are willing to train the right candidate. We do expect a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This role is ideal for someone who:

- Takes pride in their work
- Wants to learn skills like reading grade, using lasers, and operating equipment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to and from jobsites or company yard
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Compensation is very competitive and will be based on experience, reliability, and overall work ethic
