Our company, Dossani Paradise Management, is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing, filling and coordinating with various parties to ensure accuracy of the financial records for our company.
Responsibilities- Utilize Quick Books Software to perform various duties
- Receive and compile bills, vendor purchases, etc. for accounting records
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable Transactions
- Pay and file corporate bills for our all operations
- Perform data entry
- Prior usage and understanding of Quick Books
- Previous experience in Accounting preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Honest
- Trustworthy
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
