Overview
SNI has partnered a growing company that has triple in size over the last few years and looking to add a Accounting Manager due to growth.
Responsibilities- Manage and review the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple locations
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
- Oversee accounting for multiple legal entities and locations, ensuring proper consolidation of financial results
- Ensure consistency in accounting policies and procedures across all locations
- Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reporting
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience managing or leading a team
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location environment
