We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support full-cycle accounting across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone with strong transactional experience who thrives in a structured, independent work environment.

• Manage accounting for multiple entities (7–10+)
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including 1099 processing
• Perform job cost accounting and track project financials
• Prepare journal entries and manage prepaid expense amortization
• Complete general ledger reconciliations and analysis
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
• Support construction loan draw requests
• Partner with leadership on ongoing accounting operations

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment
• Strong AP/AR and high-volume transactional accounting experience
• Experience with job costing
• Ability to work independently in a focused, detail-oriented role
• Comfortable in a smaller, team-oriented environment
• Industry experience in construction or real estate is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree not required
