Responsibilities:

• Lead public audit engagements from planning through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to industry standards.
• Manage relationships with clients by serving as a trusted point of contact, addressing concerns, and providing clear guidance throughout the engagement process.
• Review financial statements, work papers, and supporting documentation to maintain quality and compliance across all assigned projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, offering direction on technical matters and promoting strong team performance.
• Coordinate engagement timelines, staffing, and priorities to keep multiple assignments moving efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice growth, strengthen client retention, and identify opportunities for expanded services.
• Apply advanced knowledge of complex tax return matters, including partnership and corporate tax filings, when supporting broader client needs.
• Maintain a consistent and dependable approach to client service, documentation, and engagement execution in a stable work environment.
