Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

Our client, an industrial electrical supply distributor, is seeking a Controller (title flexible based on experience) to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and finance infrastructure initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing the month-end close and financial reporting process, managing inventory accounting and internal controls and driving ERP implementation, process improvement and M&A integration efforts. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP accounting expertise, experience leading accounting teams within inventory-intensive environments and a proven ability to improve systems.
