Bookkeeper

Real Estate company with 30+ years of success across Texas is hiring a Bookkeeper / Accountant to support its growing operations across DFW, Houston, and Austin.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

• Multi-entity accounting
• Working independently within a small, experienced team

• Manage accounting for multiple related entities (7–10 companies)
• Handle AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Support construction loan draws and development accounting activities
• Assist with job cost accounting and intercompany transactions
• Partner directly with experienced leadership and the Controller

• 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Comfortable in a transactional accounting role (AP/AR)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Construction, real estate, or development accounting experience is a plus but not required
• Degree NOT required

• 30+ year stable company
