Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support full-cycle accounting across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone with strong transactional experience who thrives in a structured, independent work environment.
Responsibilities- Manage accounting for multiple entities (7–10+)
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including 1099 processing
- Perform job cost accounting and track project financials
- Prepare journal entries and manage prepaid expense amortization
- Complete general ledger reconciliations and analysis
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Partner with leadership on ongoing accounting operations
- 2+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment
- Strong AP/AR and high-volume transactional accounting experience
- Ability to work independently in a focused, detail-oriented role
- Comfortable in a smaller, team-oriented environment
This role is best suited for someone who prefers a hands-on, independent position within a stable organization and enjoys working in a consistent, process-driven environment.
