Project Coordinator, Implementation Project Team

The Project Coordinator, Implementation Project Team will support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities, working closely with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals. The Project Coordinator manages project timelines, maintains documentation, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and ensures a smooth implementation experience for schools and students.

• Assist Project Managers on large client projects by preparing project documentation including project updates, meeting notes, and agendas.
• Track and execute post‑implementation season improvements and initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of renewing client implementation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates and complete documentation using project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders to provide updates and to escalates issues as needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision.
• Student Health Insurance experience is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
