We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support a business owner across a range of responsibilities. This role involves supporting the operating company as well as several personal investment entities and real estate holdings. The ideal candidate will focus on organization, coordination, and light financial tracking to keep a wide range of responsibilities running smoothly. This is a long‑term role for someone who values stability, trust, and professional discretion.
Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000

- Track income and expenses across several entities
- Maintain organized financial documentation
- Assist with reconciliation and provide necessary information to accountants
- Tracking rental payments and coordinating rent collection when needed
- Paying property-related bills such as utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance
- Maintaining organized records of property income and expenses
- Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Assist with email follow-ups and administrative communication
- Coordinate travel planning and logistics
- Help track tasks and ensure key deadlines are met Provide administrative support related to the business owner’s work within the operating company
- Assist with personal scheduling and logistics as required
- Coordinate vendors and service providers
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Education:
Associate’s Degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or a related field - Experience:
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Professional - Financial
Skills:
Experience with basic bookkeeping, financial tracking, and reconciliation - Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Soft Skills:
High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistent follow-through - Logistics:
Ability to work in a flexible structure; while the role does not require being in the office every day, some in‑person coordination in Grapevine, TX, is needed
