Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support a business owner across a range of responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, long‑term position that offers autonomy, variety, and a trusted working relationship. The position supports both personal and light executive coordination, helping keep day‑to‑day logistics organized and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly trustworthy.

- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour
- Occasional availability outside of normal business hours for scheduling or coordination needs

- Manage calendar scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics.
- Coordinate reservations, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, package handling, and miscellaneous personal tasks.
- Help organize expenses, receipts, and administrative records.
- Track follow‑ups and help ensure important tasks are completed on time.
- Provide light executive and scheduling support related to business activities.
- Coordinate occasional meetings and logistics.
- Help maintain organization across various ongoing projects and commitments.
- Assist with document organization and general administrative tasks.
- Education:
Associate's Degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or a related field - Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative, assistant, hospitality, or client service role preferred. - Location:
Local to the Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, or surrounding area preferred. - Discretion:
High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Skills:
Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and professional communication skills. - Work Style:
Ability to work independently and proactively, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with consistent follow‑through.
