ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WE TRAIN YOU!

• Report for shift on time and dressed in proper uniform to perform oil change services.
• Ability to work in varying temperature and conditions.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment including using all safety equipment and following safety procedures while changing oil and performing automotive services.
• Ability to work quickly and with a sense of urgency in an automotive shop environment.
• Ability to learn and follow policies and procedures.
• Engage in face to face conversation with customers and employees.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Have full body mobility.
• Work on your feet for extended periods of time and with hands above your head.
• Lube Technicians must be able to work in a TEAM environment.
• Technicians perform oil filter services.
• Lube technicians perform air filter exchanges.
• Technicians check and change light bulbs and wiper blades.
• Lube technicians change oil and other fluids.
• Rotating tires.
• Lube technicians engage in communication with customers.
• Technicians perform invoicing and cashier responsibilities.
