Detailed oriented Inventory Control Analyst will be instrumental in maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with data analysis, and supporting inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate regular cycle counts and audits to verify physical inventory against records, investigate discrepancies and ensure corrections are made on timely basis.
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend improvements to inventory control systems and processes.
• Work with cross functional teams, Operations, Procurement, Billing to ensure our system of record reflects an accurate picture of inventory.
• Create detailed reports on adjustments, inventory variance and trends to inform management decision‑making.

• Special projects – where needed, will be required to be involved in company initiatives: deadstock review, onboarding or offboarding of new properties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Required to have/carry a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card when on maritime facilities and vessels. Otherwise, an escort with a valid TWIC card is required.
