Inventory Control Analyst

Detailed oriented Inventory Control Analyst will be instrumental in maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with data analysis, and supporting inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate regular cycle counts and audits to verify physical inventory against records, investigate discrepancies and ensure corrections are made on timely basis.
- Identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend improvements to inventory control systems and processes.
- Work with cross functional teams, Operations, Procurement, Billing to ensure our system of record reflects an accurate picture of inventory.
- Create detailed reports on adjustments, inventory variance and trends to inform management decision‑making.
- Special projects – where needed, will be required to be involved in company initiatives: deadstock review, onboarding or offboarding of new properties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast‑paced environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Required to have/carry a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card when on maritime facilities and vessels. Otherwise, an escort with a valid TWIC card is required.
