Trainee - Account Executive

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely responses to internal / external customers in accordance with established service standards.

Ultimate ownership of the client relationship. Including and understanding of the customer strategic and priorities and how fleet impacts the clients organization

Responsible for developing, supporting and/or executing strategic initiatives

Work cohesively with Client Admins, teammates and internal contacts.

Understands client data, aid in reporting development, and monitors client KPIs.Ability to influence decision-making through proactive engagement, recommendations, and creative solutions.

Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) / drivers and coordinates with ARI departments to resolve in a timely manner

Investigate and provide resolution to client issues, log all inquiries and summaries of issue and resolution.

Provide regular status updates on open items with clients.

Minimal travel is required.

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred3+ years Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience required.

Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)Familiarity with virtual office technology and equipment, including Zoom, Teams, Etc.#LI-GM1
