Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely responses to internal / external customers in accordance with established service standards.
  • Ultimate ownership of the client relationship, including understanding the customer’s strategic priorities and how fleet impacts the client’s organization.
  • Responsible for developing, supporting and/or executing strategic initiatives.
  • Work cohesively with Client Admins, teammates and internal contacts.
  • Understand client data, aid in reporting development, and monitor client KPIs.
  • Ability to influence decision-making through proactive engagement, recommendations, and creative solutions.
  • Receive inquiries from customers (internal and external) / drivers and coordinate with ARI departments to resolve in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and provide resolution to client issues, log all inquiries and summaries of issue and resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates on open items with clients.
  • Minimal travel is required.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent — Required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience — Preferred.
  • 3+ years Account Management or Customer Relationship Management experience — Required.
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with virtual office technology and equipment, including Zoom, Teams, etc.

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $55,270.00 - $78,760.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
