Position Summary:
Snap-on Tools is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to support our Field Sales Training team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating training programs, managing reporting and analytics, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants, trainers, and regional teams.
As a key liaison, this position supports scheduling, enrollment, cost tracking, and operational execution helping drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across training programs.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate training schedules, enrollments, and class logistics
* Serve as a liaison between regional teams, trainees, and training leadership
* Track and analyze training data, including attendance, costs, and utilization
* Support LMS activities, including enrollments and completion tracking
* Prepare reports and training metrics to support decision-making
* Process invoices, expenses, and monthly accrual reporting
* Assist with development, proofing, and distribution of training materials
* Maintain training records, systems, and shared resources (e.g., One Drive)
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting practices
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
* Experience working with spreadsheets and data tracking/reporting
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Preferred Skills
* Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
* Experience with training coordination, reporting, or projections
Compensation:
* $50,000-$65,000 base pay
* Actual compensation varies by experience and location
