Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year

- Provide strong on‑site leadership and oversight to ensure projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and scheduled timelines
- Manage daily field operations, including supervision of subcontractors, coordination of logistics, and efficient workflow
- Act as the primary on‑site company representative, fostering positive relationships with clients, city officials, vendors, inspectors, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activities to keep projects aligned with timelines and budgets
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs and reports
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal building codes
- Perform regular quality control inspections to uphold high workmanship standards
Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, delays, or issues to keep projects on track - Keep jobsites clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times
- Support additional company initiatives and duties as required
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, with proven medical/healthcare project experience required
- Demonstrated success leading ground‑up construction of healthcare facilities such as surgery centers and emergency rooms
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency with construction management software, Bluebeam Revu, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, cost control, and safety compliance
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, contracts, submittals, and specifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
- Availability for Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional weekend hours as project needs dictate
