About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead and reinforce safety across our active construction projects. In this role, you’ll work directly with field leadership, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations. You’ll play a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture through jobsite inspections, training, documentation, and field engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Collect and review subcontractor safety documentation
  • Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and
  • Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetings
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure safe sequencing and execution of work activities
  • Maintain safety logs, orientation records, inspection reports, and other documentation
  • Coordinate with field teams on SWPPP compliance and general environmental safety requirements
  • Monitor and enforce proper PPE usage, fall protection, excavation safety, housekeeping, and overall jobsite safety standards
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of construction safety experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications preferred
  • Experience conducting jobsite inspections, orientations, and incident investigations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with field personnel and subcontractors
  • Ability to identify hazards proactively and implement corrective actions
  • Experience with safety reporting and documentation software
