We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the construction and renovation of restaurant projects across the United States. Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple job sites

+ Manage subcontractors, labor, and project resources to ensure efficiency and productivity

+ Enforce and maintain strict job site safety standards and OSHA compliance

+ Coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

+ Provide administrative and technical management of construction and maintenance projects

+ Monitor project schedules and quality standards to ensure timely delivery

+ Interpret plans, specifications, and project documents accurately

Qualifications

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

+ Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience

+ Proficiency in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry

+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and team members

+ Familiarity with construction software and basic computer skills

+ Valid driver's license and ability to legally work in the U.S.

+ Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide

+ Strong attention to safety protocols and job site compliance

+ Ability to read, interpret, and follow construction documents and instructions

+ Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

+ Commercial construction and construction management experience

+ Experience working with general contractors

+  Background in restaurant or retail construction (e.g., steakhouse, casual dining, new builds)

+ OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grapevine, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $53.00/hr.
