Director of Preconstruction
A top Contractor is seeking a Director of Preconstruction. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to build out a department and be an intricate part of a company’s success.
Duties & Responsibilities- Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and completion of preconstruction process.
- Plan and lead preconstruction strategies.
- Develop and implement preconstruction products, systems, and procedures.
- Align the team with changes in market conditions and workload.
- Participate in all key meetings.
- Foster client relationships.
- 10+ years leading an estimating department.
- 10+ years of estimating/construction experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Base Salary $150-$175K+ (depending on experience).
