Overview
Audi Grapevine is seeking a driven and analytical Customer Retention Manager to join our growing team. This role is focused on strengthening customer relationships, improving loyalty, and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance the ownership experience for our Audi clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, analyzing customer behavior, and proactively engaging with clients to ensure they receive maximum value from their relationship with our dealership.
Our Customer Retention Manager will play a key role in identifying account loss risks, maintaining strong communication with customers, and building long-term relationships that reinforce the Audi brand and customer loyalty.
